Eligibility for Refunds
Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- If you received the wrong product or your order arrived damaged, and you provide clear photographic proof.
- If your order has been stuck in transit with USPS for more than 7 business days without tracking updates and you have filed a missing mail request with USPS.

- Requests made beyond 30 days are not guaranteed; however, we may review exceptional cases on a case-by-case basis to ensure fair resolution.
